Yes, you will have a dedicated Personal Assistant.

It's okay if you occasionally exceed your contracted hours for the month, we won't charge you for occasional overages.
In case you consistently have the need to exceed the contracted limit, we can discuss and adjust the terms of the agreement to better suit the increased hours required and ensure your satisfaction.

All of our assistants have a Business Administration degree and significant work experience supporting businesses.
We also provide on-going training to ensure our assistants stay current with the latest developments in business practices and technology.

Our personal assistance services are suited for individuals and businesses.
Our team is here to reduce your workload whether you're an entrepreneur seeking assistance, a professional with a busy schedule, or a company in need of administrative help without the commitment of a full-time hire.

We normally start working on requests within 4 hours or at most 12 business hours after submission.

We try to get all tasks done as quickly as possible. If you need something done urgently, you can reach out to us and we'll try our best to prioritise it at no extra cost.

Our assistants are normally available Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm.
We can also assist you in the evenings, weekends and Public Holidays at 1.5x the hourly rate.
